The Role:
As Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client relationships and campaign delivery, acting as the bridge between customers and internal production teams. You’ll manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, overseeing print, large‑format, and promotional merchandise campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and SLAs, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining outstanding quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience within print production and client services. Bonus points if you’ve worked with promotional merchandise. A strong ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Confident using Excel, Word, and MIS systems. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
