The client is Surrey based so you will need to be able to commute to Surrey 2/3 per week.
About the Job:
As an Account Executive your core responsibility will be to provide support to the Account Management team. You will be integral in ensuring the client services team provide a first-time first-class service. You will manage the team’s inbox and respond to clients’ needs as and when you need them. The Sales Co-Ordinator will monitor print campaigns and ensure the Account Management team are kept up to date with progress of all projects. You will also help to ensure print projects are produced within contractual SLA and it will be part of your responsibility to ensure contractual and commercial terms are meet. You will keep a close eye on account administration, you will help process orders and also assist with invoicing. Reporting is integral to any client relationship and you will ensure reports and accurate. As in any client services role you will provide an excellent customer service to both clients and suppliers.
