About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients and the internal teams — managing briefs, hitting deadlines, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns
  • Meeting KPIs, SLAs, and managing project timelines
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients for seamless execution
  • Ensuring profitability and maintaining high standards of quality

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in print production and client services
  • Bonus: knowledge of promotional merchandise
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Get
