The Role: As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the key link between clients and internal teams — managing projects from concept to delivery. Responsibilities include managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns; overseeing KPIs, SLAs, and project timelines; working closely with clients and internal teams for seamless execution; and ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

What We’re Looking For: Experience in print production and client services. Bonus: Knowledge of promotional merchandise. Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
