About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams – ensuring smooth project delivery, exceptional service, and solutions that exceed expectations. From briefing through to production and delivery, you’ll take full ownership of your projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships at all levels
- Take briefs, manage timelines, and ensure all jobs are delivered on time and to spec
- Offer technical advice on print and POS projects
- Brief suppliers and negotiate costings and timescales
- Ensure top-tier customer service is delivered at every stage
- Suggest innovative solutions and alternatives to client briefs
- Monitor and report on project progress and budget performance
- Attend meetings and press passes as required (some out-of-hours work may be necessary)
- Identify new business opportunities and support account growth
- Ensure accurate use of internal systems and timely invoicing
- Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Account Management experience in Print, POS or Promotional Merchandise
- Strong understanding of print production and POS display
- Confident managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with press passing is desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is a plus
