Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing photography projects from brief through to final asset delivery

  • Securing photography and filming permits
  • Liaising with local authorities, landlords, location agencies and third-party vendors
  • Managing production budgets, forecasts, costs and project margins
  • Identifying risks relating to locations, weather, access, resources and deadlines
  • Overseeing retouching, approvals, quality control and final sign-off
  • Ensuring assets meet the required format, resolution and colour specifications
  • Maintaining accurate file management, version control and asset delivery
  • Supporting photography pitches, new business opportunities and capability presentations

About You

You’ll ideally have experience within photography production, creative production, content creation or a similar agency environment.

  • Proven photography or creative project management experience
  • A strong understanding of photoshoot planning and production
  • Experience managing locations, permits, suppliers and on-set logistics
  • Strong budget management and commercial awareness
  • Experience coordinating photographers, retouchers and creative teams
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail across asset specifications, approvals and delivery
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to production challenges
