The Role
As a Senior Buyer your core responsibility will be the development of the Print and marketing material supplier networks. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and suppliers you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day offline marketing campaign requirements. You will quickly develop an understanding of your A-brand clients’ business and mirror your understanding in the development oof their supplier network. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will also manage stakeholder relationships (national and international). The role will require some travel to important strategic locations
The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that a Senior Buyer will be analytical, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of technical aspects. You will ideally have knowledge of POS, Marketing Materials and Promotional Merchandise
You will possess a proven track record in Print of POS buying and Category Management with a good understanding of supply chain as a whole. To be successful as the Senior Buyer, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for client and requirements and work to set deadlines and budgets. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and strong time management is a must
