WHO MIGHT MATCH THIS JOB BEST?
– Someone with leadership experience (strategic, operational, financial/P&L, C-level stakeholder management etc). Ideally used to leading teams multi-country +multi-disciplines
– Expertise in marketing execution/production or marketing buying/procurement (like: Print, POS, Merch, Packaging)
– English language a must + any European Languages a plus
– Passion for environment, biodegradables, carbon neutrality, LCAs etc a plus
– Connection with Retail, Mass Market, Pharmaceutical, Health and FMCG industries a plus
– A ‘box-mover’ will work less well. A solution-orientated leader will work best
