Excellent benefits, good salary, progression opportunities, training is great, there is an open plan layout with no separation from bosses, everyone is really friendly and random bursts of all-office songs are standard – this may be a con if you don’t enjoy the odd minute of singing 😛
Office culture is great; when I started, everyone was really welcoming and now I have been here over a year I can see why others have stayed so long. Atmosphere is ace, great banter and the management have balanced work/fun really well.
Advice to Management: Maintain the office culture as this is what makes ASG great!
We have a varied and wide field of experience and all the team help each other to ensure everyone maximises their potential. I have flexibility with my time which is perfect for my work/home life balance and my caring responsibilities. Work hard, get rewarded hard!
